PART TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT

Busy Marina is currently looking for a part-time pleasant, non-smoking individual with a strong work ethic and the highest level of customer service skills and attention to detail to join our team.

This candidate must have a professional appearance with the ability to interact effectively with customers, co-workers and management as well as multi-task with accuracy. Answer all phone calls and must speak impeccable English. Texting, use of a personal tablet, excessive personal cell phone calls or surfing the internet on the company time will not be tolerated.

The position would require light bookkeeping, closing the day’s business, monthly billing, collect all monies for accounts receivable and contracts, work orders as well as preparing customer contracts, answering company emails and help with postings. Strong letter writing skills helpful

Must have strong computer and organizational skills. Basic Accounting skills a must! Must have a high level of integrity, dependability and punctuality with reliable transportation.

This position is Part Time.3 days a week Salary is based on skill level, starting at $12 per hour.
