Conca D’Oro is looking for an experienced Pizza Maker.

Pizza makers must have knowledge in dough making, proofing, and hand-tossed NY Style pizza preparation.

Full time/part-time position available immediately.

Minimum of 1 year experienced required.

As a Pizza Maker for our Resturant, you will:-Prepare quality pizza dough and toppings efficiently to fill customer orders in accordance with food safety standards.

-Adhere to health and safety standards, cleaning the kitchen frequently, and practicing good personal hygiene.

-Maintain the freshness of all food supplies, rotating old ones out as needed.

-Store food items at the appropriate temperatures, properly clean cooking equipment after use, and ensure that the kitchen is pristine at the end of each shift.

Dishwasher position:

Job Description
Major Purpose:\t
The primary responsibility of a Dishwasher is to quickly and efficiently clean all dishes, glassware, and silverware following. Dishwashers are also responsible for the cleanliness of the entire restaurant and its perimeters, including the restrooms.

Major Responsibilities:

•Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
•Keep dish room clean and organized
•Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen
•Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designed times
•Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
•Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
•Clean food preparation and production areas as required
•Understand and follow food and safety practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and restaurant maintenance
•Be available to help with other roles as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, as directed by management
Requirements:•No previous restaurant experience required
•Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, management and coworkers
•Able to work positively in a fast-paced environment
•Multi-task oriented – able to perform multiple job functions at one time
•Punctual with regular and reliable attendance
•Honesty and integrity
•Safety conscious – must understand and always follow the food safety program guidelines, including personal hygiene, sanitation, and proper safe food handling procedures and must complete company food handler training requirements.

Additional Requirements:

•Walk and stand throughout the entire shift
•Continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, twist and turn
•Regularly lift up to 50 pounds
•Be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time
•Ability to be exposed to and work with cleaning chemicals
•Understand basic liquid measurements
•Must report to work in a neat, clean uniform and present a well-groomed, hygienic appearance
•Must wear slip resistant shoes and apron at all times, as supplied by us.
