Cleaning Company Needed for post construction clean on commercial chain restaurant in Marietta GA. Must be reliable and professional. We are looking for a team of dependable, thorough, hardworking cleaners ready to get the job done.
All work must be checked and you will have to walk with the customer at the end of the job. The customer is onsite all day and everyday so professional behavior is a must. Must have professional floor cleaning equipment and have the ability to lay wax. Must be able to clean quarry tile and ceramic floors. Must be able to provide workers compensation, general liability insurance, business license (only in required states), and a certificate of insurance with us listed as additional insured.
We pride ourselves in using the safest and most effective non-abrasive methods of cleaning.
We DO NOT ALLOW bleaches, acids, or any kind of abrasive cleaners to be used. We DO NOT ALLOW razors to be used.
Work must be beautiful when complete.
Scope of work entails:
● Wiping down of coolers.
● Cleaning of bathrooms
● Wiping down of all glass
● Must have walk behind floor equipment.
● Must be able to operate a scissor lift.
● Floors must be polished
● Must have 7-8 people
