We will be holding open call interviews for candidates between 3pm-5:30pm on Thursday February 4th and Friday February 5th. We are known best for our extremely popular Saturday and Sunday brunch service – named Miami New Times Number 1 Brunch In Miami and Time Out Miami Most Loved Brunch. We also offer a fun dinner service and special events business that caters to corporate, wedding, and non-profit clients to create memorable occasions.

Head Chef/Kitchen Manager

We are looking for a results-oriented and profit-minded individual who has a passion for hospitality to join our dynamic team. You will work directly with R House’s Owner and Executive Chef Rocco Carulli. Competitive compensation offered, plus attractive 5 day week schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
– food service/quality control,
– inventory and purchasing management,
– labor management,
– cleanliness and health inspection readiness,
– team management and leadership, and
– other tasks as required by R House Wynwood owners.

Qualifications & Experience
– 2-3 years’ experience in similar role in full service restaurant,
– ability to read/understand basic P&L statements,
– ability to perform dish/food cost analysis,
– food safety manager certificate,
– good communication skills, and
– practical Spanish speaking preferred.

All customers are required to wear a mask, curbside pickup available, common surfaces are sanitized regularly
