As an auto dealer receptionist and cashier, you are the first point-of-contact for our customers, effectively being the face of the dealership’s customer service. Your duties would include interacting with customers, greeting and welcoming them, handling and routing phone calls, accepting payments by phone and in-person, and assist in other general clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and emailing, all with exceptional customer service and professionalism.
*Duties and Responsibilities
-Welcome and receive customers, assisting them with their inquiries and properly directing them to the appropriate individuals.
-Answer phone calls and emails, determine the purpose, and accurately answer or route it to the appropriate individual.
-Assist sales and customer service teams with general clerical duties such as filing, emailing, data-entry, and verifying customer’s financing application and references.
-Accept and enter payments from customers by phone or in-person through various payment methods including cash.
-Calling insurance companies to verify customer’s insurance
-Verify, update, and maintain the accuracy of customers’ account history.
*Required Qualifications and Experience
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Exceptionally outgoing and friendly customer service
-Professional oral and written communication skills
(Optional, a Plus) Bilingual in English and Spanish
(Optional, a Plus) Experience with cash handling and reconciliation
(Optional, a Plus) Auto Dealership Experience: 1+ Years
Type: Full-Time (with overtime, ~ 45 hrs / week)
Schedule: 5-Day Work Week * Saturdays Required
Location: SE Military Dr/Roosevelt Ave, San Antonio, TX
