Restaurant & Lounge located in Brooklyn NY is looking to hire Chefs /Cooks / Prep Cooks/ Hostess / Waiters and Waitresses Bartender, dishwasher & runners . We are a Caribbean infused cuisine Restaurant serving food, Cocktails, wine and beer.

Position Summary

Cook / Line Cook

Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates.

Qualifications
Food Handlers
Minimum 1 year in a full service restaurant
Must possess Strong leadership skills
Strong communication skills
Must be dependable, reliable and motivated
Able to work long shifts, with extensive standing/ walking
May lift materials and / or product up to 50 pounds or more

BARTENDER

Looking for bartenders (Male & Female) with minimum one year experience.

SERVER/ WAITER/WAITRESS / HOSTESS

Responsible for making menu recommendations the guests, taking and placing orders from the guests, and serving the guest. Some experience required. Welcomes and accommodates guests. Respond to all guests with a cheerful, helpful attitude, good grooming, and quality service while serving guests.

DISHWASHER, BUSBOY & RUNNER
