FMK Restaurant Group is seeking a Human Resource Manager with Restaurant experience to become party of our growing team! You will be responsible for managing HR activities for FMK Restaurant Group including interviewing and hiring. Some restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
Placing ads for prospective employees
Screening applicants
Interviewing
Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
Coordinate employee events
Advocate for employee retention and development
Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
Implement company culture, values and policies

Qualifications:
Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields (Recruiting)
Some restaurant manager experience preferred
Experience in conflict resolution
Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong leadership qualities
