Campers Inn RV of Jacksonville-North is seeking to hire RV Service Advisors to advise customers on service options and costs when their recreational vehicle needs repair. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service and sales skills, and a general knowledge of RV mechanical operations. Essential Duties – RV Service Advisor:

Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
Greet customers, inspect their RV and answer questions.
Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs.
Offer additional services and products, including special promotions
Follow the status of a customer’s RV from service entry through completion of work
Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
Upon completion of work, review work order with customer
Provide a completely satisfied customer experience

Qualifications – RV Service Advisor:

Service Advisor experience is preferred but not requried.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A positive attitude and professional appearance
Good work ethic and computer skills
Valid driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent
Must pass pre-employment background check and Motor Vehicle Record.
