Description
We are a high-end 39 story residential property with a hotel attached and a variety of amenities in the heart of downtown Atlanta seeking to expand out team with other wonderful Concierge team members.
Full Time / Part Time / Flexible Schedules – Days / Evening / Overnights – Hiring Immediately!
Concierge Job Responsibilities:
• Provides outstanding customer service to all residents and guests of the property.
• Assists guests and owners in a branded, friendly, proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
• Knows all essential aspects of the property operations.
• Maintains a positive and professional relationship with all vendors and merchants.
• Supports operations partners and vendors delivering communication to managers and guests on a daily basis as needed.
• Prints and delivers correspondence for residents as needed.
• Facilitates correspondence with residents and guests as needed.
• Acts as the site liaison for the services and sales center.
• Works collaboratively with any resort associates and resources.
• Receive, input, process and manage high volumes of resident packages.
• Ability to write, type and speak in a professional manner.
• Proficient with Microsoft software, resident portals, secured Key systems and Outlook email programs.
• Able multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment while maintain impeccable customer service.
• Strong and flexible player.
We are seeking part-time and full-time flexible positions.
Concierge Qualifications / Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact with all guests and owners, internal and external, effectively with tact and diplomacy
• Basic mathematical and calculator skills.
• Strong follow through skills.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
• Some College, but minimum high school graduate.
• 1 to 3 years of high end / luxury property experience preferred
• Familiarity with location, neighborhood, and local attractions, including restaurants, bars, and nightlife
• Working knowledge of office software and phone systems.
