BARANO Restaurant is hiring a Server/Bartender. Looking for people who can work all days of the week including brunch shifts. We are looking for an individual that is comfortable on the floor as a server and behind the bar.

We are a wood-fired seasonal Italian restaurant led by Chef Al DiMeglio. Chef DiMeglio’s seasonal menus adapt traditional cooking techniques to modern tastes. BARANO is a company that is very passionate about well-executed food, wine, cocktails, spirits, and beers. Our restaurant is nestled in South Williamsburg. We are a just off the Williamsburg Bridge and a short walk from the J M Z trains and just a bit further from the L train.

Barano is seeking a server/bartender to add to our growing front of house team. The ideal candidate has experience on the floor with strong natural wine, spirit and food knowledge. We are looking for energetic, disciplined team players who are passionate about food, beverage, and service and have a strong work ethic.

Ideal Candidates:
· A high level of organization skills
· Are professional, articulate, friendly and punctual
· Have 2+ years of serving experience (fine dining experience is a plus but not required)
· A drive to continuously improve their service, knowledge, and experience
· Open availability on weekends

Tuesday through Sunday 12:00PM-10:00PM
