SERVICEABILITY SPECIALIST I
Starting rate is $16.50/hr + $.75 Shift Differential for Second Shifts
Positions are Full-time, 40 Hrs a Week

Using strong attention to detail, Spectrum Serviceability Specialists provide accurate information to internal clients regarding the service availability of residential and commercial locations. Fully paid training and supportive leaders help new Specialists get comfortable with the tools, programs, and techniques that put them on the path to success. Coming from diverse backgrounds and levels of experience, what unites us is a shared goal to create positive experiences for our customers.
What’s required to get started?
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner, with all levels of management and company personnel.
Ability to multi-task and maintain a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and remain calm under pressure.
Ability to work independently, show sound judgment, and take initiative to accomplish job duties.
Ability to work while seated for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.).
Call center customer service experience
Cable or related telecommunications/broadband industry experience
Knowledge of the cable industry – products and services
Knowledge of cable industry software, billing, operations, and accounting procedures
High School Diploma or GED
