Modern Italian restaurant is looking for experienced, energetic and organized individuals to join our small kitchen staff. At least 2 years fine dining or relatable experience with a reputable chef and/or respected restaurant required. Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus. The ideal candidates must have the experience and culinary knowledge to contribute to the day-to-day and creative needs of the restaurant. The Sous Chef position requires full involvement in the managerial duties as well. These are hands-on positions that require full availability and commitment.
