Callahan Auto Parts LLC is currently hiring a front Counter sales representative and Inventory control Person.

Knowledge of Auto Parts and their location is a Plus but not necessary, we will train the person with the right attitude

MAIN DUTIES:

Sales:

– Answer customer phone calls
– Provide information of availability and pricing of parts
– Provide excellent customer service to both on-site and over the phone customers
– Maximize sales transactions by meeting customer needs
– Assist with other duties as assigned by management
– Handle cash and credit card transactions
– Instruct part pullers and dismantlers what parts to be removed.
– Schedule part deliveries

Inventory:

– Inventory all the parts of 20 or more vehicles every week
– Take pictures to the parts for the cars and keep them organized
– Post parts and vehicles on Craigslist every week
– Enter the information on Excel and Our Software ( Checkmate )

REQUIREMENTS:

– Must be able to work outdoors 1 day of the week under Texas extreme weather. 90 % of the work is done on the computer at the INSIDE OFFICE. However, Inspections and pictures of vehicles are taken outside. The First day of the week is required to go outside to identify and mark about 80 vehicle and take pictures of about 40 vehicles. This is done by walking on the outside yard under extreme temperatures. ( Summer above 100 degrees and Winter below 25 degrees ). The right candidate mus be able to withstand this temperatures.
– Be able to work with a team
– **Bilingual – Spanish and English required **
– Be Familiar with Craigslist ! ( We do a lot of Craigslist posting )

WORKING HOURS:
We only work 5 days a week ! . During the week from 9 am to 6 pm . 1 hour lunch
Saturdays from 9 am to 4 pm
(40 hours )
Sundays OFF
5 days of the week will rotate !! Must have flexible days schedule

COMPENSATION:
Starts at $12.50 Hr. PLUS WEEKLY OPPORTUNITY BONUSES ! ( 80 Hours every two weeks ) Total of $1,000 Every 2 weeks. Check or Direct Deposit. ( Payroll ) PLUS WEEKLY OPPORTUNITY BONUSES OF $25. $50, $100, $200 or More

One week paid vacation after a year of employment
6 paid holidays

Must be able to start immediately

Experience is a plus but not necessary. We will train the person with the right attitude
