IMMEDIATE OPENINGS: CALL FOR INTERVIEW! ???

Position Summary: Order Fulfillment Specialists are responsible to ensure that all support functions in regards to provider orders are handled in a timely manner. Speak with providers on a high-volume, daily basis, to insure orders are completed promptly.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Speak with providers and their staff regarding pending orders
Make a high volume of outbound calls to providers
Maintain accurate records in CRM of provider order files and contacts
Responsible for sending out provider emails
Updating system for changes in provider demographics
Assist in all group projects as they present themselves
Manage daily responsibilities effectively and efficiently to successfully meet all deadlines

Must maintain highest level of confidentiality at all times
Excellent telephone, oral and written communication skills
Speak clearly and professionally in all communications
Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient computer skills: must have working knowledge of Excel, Word & Internet Apps
Must be very proficient with inbound and outbound calls
Present a professional and welcoming environment for internal and external customers

$17.50 per hour
