Collections Specialists:

– Act as a company representative in upholding quality customer service and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries
– Locate delinquent customer accounts through various means, e.g. skip-tracing, phone contact, written correspondence, and make arrangements for payment
– Comply with all policies and procedures as outline in operating instructions
– Handle inbound and outbound collection calls and correspondence
– Meet minimum individual and departmental goals and service level agreements
– Adhere to Federal Regulatory requirements regarding debt collections
– Update customer files to ensure data accuracy
– Process bankruptcy filings correctly when received
– Abide by all Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act rules and regulations
– Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
– Displayed sense of ownership in relation to attitude and actions, assignments and event outcomes
– Ability to multi-task (This job will require an individual to work a manual queue, as well as an auto dialer)
– Great negotiation skills
– Great problem-solving skills

**Move Quickly into Management Positions***

Team Manager:

A team manager has the same responsibility as a floor manager but

broken down into teams. A team can be assembled by the team manager, him/herself or by the operational manger.

A team starting number of members are (5) collectors. There is a max of (25) members that can be managed by a single team manager. Once a team manager has reached (25) members there will be (2) team leads selected by the team manager directly or by the operational manager. A team lead can only manage max of (10) members during his/her term as a team lead.

Job Description:

– Ability to effectively perform second T/O’s.
– Manage departmental performance against agreed targets and budgets, and within policies and standards.
– Contribute to executive policy and strategy.
– Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
– Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
– Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
– Develop and maintain systems to measure performance against established standards.
– Monitor performance (in relevant areas) according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels.
– Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments.
– Plan, develop and implement strategy for staff training and development, establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of staff training and development.

Qualifications:
– Communication skills
– Ability to effectively communicate to their team on daily performance results and expectations.
– Ability to properly articulate the matter of for which we are calling for.
– Leadership skills
– Be able to lead by example, while enforcing company policies and procedures.
– Effectively drive a team member to their highest level of success (great motivator).
– Hold accountable themselves, as well as others on the team.
– Call closing skills
– Ability to troubleshoot disgruntle customer calls.
– Ability to close deals with a consistent dollar amount standard, to meet the team’s goal.
– Ability to convert or take over calls for representatives who are not articulating a conversation correctly to a customer.

Full-time
Pay:
Training rate $12.00 per hour
Starting hourly rate $16.00 per hour and up
Bonuses available on team, office, or individual number
