Description

GRS Community Management is seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant with experience. Highly organized and detailed focused individual in the property management industry for an on-site office in Lake Worth, Florida. The qualified candidate will work as the main point of contact for members of the community when they come into the main club and will also work closely with the Lifestyle Director in planning and executing events and facility scheduling.

Onsite hours are Full Time 40 hours
$46,000-$50,000

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Work in conjunction with the property manager to process all community ARB requests and Work Orders for the assigned communities
Answer all calls and emails from homeowners, board members, and property manager in a timely manner
Prepare monthly board meeting, annual, and budget meeting packages as requested by the property manager.
Strong computer skills are needed for this position to include:

High attention to detail
Property Management background preferred
Minimum 2 years strong Administrative experience
Experience in Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and Word required.
Experience with CINC preferred Strong customer service skills and ability to problem solve are required. Multi-tasking abilities are necessary as the position can be very fast-paced. Looking for a positive person who deals well with people and who has excellent communication skills.
