Job Responsibilities Includes:

-Organize and schedule appointments
-Greet and Assist Customers promptly
-Compile information needed for various reports
-Maintain various files and confidential data
-Be punctual

Requirements:

•Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
•Must be Proficient in MS Words/Excel/Google Sheets
•Clerical Background
