We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! Looking for a key team member, with a positive attitude and excellent attention to detail. Primarily inbound calls, answering customer questions, booking sales and service appointments.

Qualifications:
-Effective phone communication skills, ability to stay calm with agitated customers
-Excellent customer service, communication and listening skills
-Can work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
-General computer and typing skills
-Available for immediate part-time work
-Passion quality work and focus on details
-Must be focused and reliable
-Casual atmosphere no dress code
-Previous experience with fast food, hotel front desk, high volume sales, telemarketing or bill collections helpful
