Go Go Fresh Food in Miami Beach, FL is looking for empanaderos (empanada maker) to join our team. We are located on 926 Alton Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven and engaged.

Responsibilities

Fill and press empanadas (latin turnovers with savory or sweet fillings).
Weigh portions accurately.
Review inventory and production needs on a daily basis.
Communicate with kitchen manager about filling production par levels and consistency.
Rotate and label stock of fillings.
Stock front of house refrigerators with empanadas for the entire day and next morning.
Keep station clean and follow food handling procedures.
Qualifications

Food Handler Certificate
