We are Beau Brooklyn, and we are searching for motivated baristas with serving experience to join our team!

Beau is a specialty coffee shop located in the Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Open daily, a bright and cheerful space serves Parlor coffee and fresh house made pastries!

Bar Beau, the back room behind Beau’s cafe, opens in the evening and offers elegant cocktails and creative small-plates.

We are seeking experienced and friendly baristas with the following qualities:
– Experience with table service and counter service
– General knowledge of wine, beer + spirits
– Organized and detail oriented
– Fast learner and self-motivated
– Ability to multi task
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
– Excellent customer service skills and ability to enhance overall guest experience

The general job requirements are as follows:
– 2+ years barista experience, competent in latte art
– Commitment of 3 to 5 shifts per week, 20+ hours depending on availability
– Must be willing to work early mornings
– NYC food handler’s license, or ability to obtain one if hired
– Weekend & Holiday Availability Required
