Requirement: Peruvian cooking experience is a MUST!!!
Full time and Part time

We are a fast paced well known Peruvian Restaurant that is seeking a qualified and experienced cook.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Candidates must be experienced in Peruvian food, be organized, know basic knife skills and sauces, work well with others, have sense of urgency, and also MUST have previous experience working in high volume cooking.

Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
Prepares meals by using correct portioning, meeting outlines standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
Uses established ticket collection procedures during service. Responsible for records from area worked during service periods.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by cleaning kitchen after preparation and serving.
Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat at all times. Ensures food and supply items are stored per standards.
Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
Reports needed maintenance, faulty equipment or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
Attend staff meetings.
Maintain good working professional relationship with coworkers and customers.
Perform job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
