Federal American Grill in Hedwig Village is a family owned restaurant with scratch cooking and quality products. We are looking for experienced, hard-working cooks who can follow processes and systems and execute on a consistent level. Someone who can follow checklists, recipes, and proper health/sanitation protocols. He/she must be able to support the Kitchen Manager and help set an example for the rest of the team. This is not a management position but there is plenty of opportunity for growth. The person in this role should have flexibility in all areas of the kitchen with an emphasis on grill and saute. Attention to detail and sense of urgency are vital.
