Cafe Skye (www.cafeskyenyc.com) is a new bar and restaurant opening in Manhattan’s Lower East Side during the Summer 2021. The concept is positioned as an upbeat cafe focused on natural wines, creative cocktails, and new American cuisine.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and ambitious chef to manage our kitchen operations. The job presents the rare opportunity to become a member of the founding team, working hand-in-hand with ownership while also maintaining significant autonomy over the menu and kitchen operation. The chef will be directly involved in all aspects of the restaurant’s launch including menu design, food vendor selection, kitchen staff hiring and the continued operation of the kitchen thereafter.
