We are an upscale-casual, popular, and eclectic dual-concept restaurant in the luxury plaza of Merrick Park. We feature a Mediterranean/Japanese menu led by renowned Executive Chef Jouvens Jean, stacked with great dishes: tapas, sushi, kebabs, entrees, and full bar. We are a highly rated independently owned restaurant, looking for hard workers to add to our long-lasting team!

Here’s what we’re looking for:

– Full Time
– Open availability strongly preferred! (Available any day, any time) No conflicts or complications. Weekends a must.
– Must speak English. Spanish and other additional languages a plus.
– Hard workers with mature and positive attitudes, a sense of urgency, and team workers.
– Love and care for hospitality. True art of service and guest experience.
– Must be authorized to work in the US

We are situated in a luxury shopping plaza, we have a great clientele demographic ready to shop, dine, and be entertained. Most of our staff has been with us for a long while. We are looking for team members to stick around and become part of the family and we offer opportunities for growth and advancement.
