Salary–mid to high $30’s plus commission, based on experience
Full-time Position: M-F 8AM – 4:30PM

HPC has an opportunity within our sales division for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with 2+ years professional experience in B2B sales and lead generation to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Inside Sales & Lead Generation position is a critical part of our strategic plan to increase sales within our current customer base and new customers. We are looking for a person with a competitive spirit and track record of success in sales and lead generation. This position will make warm and cold calls on a daily basis to make customers aware of items and services HPC can provide.


• 2+ years of previous professional B2B sales experience
• Must be confident, creative, dependable, organized, results-focused and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with precision and minimal supervision
• Conduct high level conversations with all types of persons from key decision makers, buyers, nurses, clinical staff, doctors, that have varying levels of experience.
• Call existing customers to make them aware of all our products and services for an upsell opportunity
• Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling
• Collaborate with HPC marketing team to develop effective campaigns that generate new leads and new customers for HPC
• Develop and manage a national pipeline of business to meet your goals
• Utilize sales training to effectively guide sales cycle to close
• Effectively qualify leads and identify prospect needs
• On a daily basis, log all related correspondence with and information about customers and leads in HPC’s customer relationship management (CRM) platform
• Schedule appointments to preform effective online demos to prospects
• Provide leads to our Director of Business Development
• Prioritize issues appropriately and manage to a satisfactory resolution
• Report monthly to HPC management team on your results, including but not limited to: o # of Leads generated (measured separately for MyHPC BookSource (“MMS”), MyHPC EducationConcierge
(“AMS”) and MyHPC Librarian (“LMS”)) o # of Unique new customers and unique new customer locations added as “new customers” o # of Win Back Customers converted back to active customers

• Proficiency and ability to work daily in; o HPC’s ERP system; P21 o SalesForce CRM o Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) o Perform research, as needed, on the Internet o Online Webinar for demo’s to customers
