We’re looking for Customer Service/ Entry Level Sales Representatives in South Tampa and throughout Hillsborough county who are energetic, personable and reliable. Our growing business is looking for enthusiastic individuals who can listen to customer service issues and then explain the company’s customer service offerings quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities:
Answers incoming customer calls regarding service questions and general client concerns
Maintain a high level of professionalism and work to establish a positive rapport
Update customer information in the customer service database
Strive to turn even frustrated clients into repeat customers

Qualifications:
Open and transparent communication
Work well independently after receiving provided training
Able to balance daily receipts accurately
Physically able to carry completed orders to drive through customers

Job Type: Part-time to Full-time
Pay: $9.00 – $15.00 per hour
