The role of the Pool Attendant is a vital position within the company. You will be working alongside an experienced team that includes the Orlando Regional General Manager, the Orlando Maintenance Manager, the housekeeping team, and the customer service team to coordinate and verify urgent and trivial maintenance requests in preparation for upcoming guests and current guests.

Our Orlando properties span from Davenport to Kissimmee, so you will require easy mobility between these areas. The role is primarily between 08:30 AM and 4:30 PM, but work before or after hours is sometimes required. Your typical work week will be 20 to 45 hours per week.

What You’ll Do…

Cleaning and maintaining pool chemical levels.
Turn on and off the pool and spa heating as per guest requirements.
Coordinate with customer service and maintenance coordinator to fulfill guest requests.
Evaluate and perform minor repairs to pool equipment.
Be available weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
Other related duties as required.

What You’ll Bring…

Must be a certified pool operator with relevant certification.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in person, over the phone, and by email.
Organized with strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Able to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
Full driver’s license and vehicle required.
Bilingual in English and Portuguese.

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends

COVID-19 considerations:
Much of the work will be completed independently. You will be required to wear proper PPE if entering units, and interacting with guests and workers.
