What we require—
• Must have obtained Food Handler Certificate as required by city or state
• Two years previous experience supervising, leading and coaching a team
• Food and Restaurant Team experience
• Knowledge of proper food safety handling
• A team player with a positive can-do attitude
• Collaborative communication skills
• Accountable in upholding high standard
• A knack for delivering personable customer service and a desire to make connections with guests everyday
• All employees must be 18 years of age or older
What you do—
• Ensure all food, kitchen equipment and restaurant space meets food safety and quality standards
• Oversee store opening + closing
• Perform multiple daily food safety & quality checks
• Train and coach new team members
