The ideal candidate must:
– Have at least 5 years of recent relevant work experience and at least 2 years of experience in Traditional French Cuisine
– Have experience working in a fast paced dinning environment
– Be able to work flexible schedules
– Have good communication skills
– Be eligible to work in the United States
