We are an Insurance Agency that works with seniors with Medicare.

Looking for a customer service rep. Bilingual is a must (Spanish & English) 90 % of our members are Spanish speaking.
Great communication skills over the phone. No sales
Common computer programs and spread sheets
Willing to train the right candidate
Examples of duties are,
assist our members over the phone with questions about their benefits, schedule appointments
and other duties may be assigned.
We offer part time 20-25 hrs a week, Monday thru Friday with a potential full time.
