Coast and Valley – a wine bar + eatery in Greenpoint Brooklyn is looking for an experienced cook to join our team!

We are looking for someone who is:
Capable of executing a tight menu with precision and speed (see our menu online – coastandvalleywine.com)
Great attention to detail and organization
Willing to wear many hats including dishwashing (our cooks are crossed trained in all areas)
Able to multitask and handle high volume orders
Passionate about good food and making sure guests have a great experience

Required Experience:
Responsible. Respectful. And thrive as a team player.
Restaurant cook experience with exceptional knife and saute skills and high plating standards.
Open availability during the week.
Part to Full Time.
Familiarity with restrictive diets (i.e. gluten-free, vegan, food allergies, etc)
