At PERSONE we are looking for
CDC / Chef de Cuisine / Lead Chef
for Upstate NY – TarryTown/Sleepy Hollow area

RESTAURANT:
Approachable, unpretentious and local New American restaurant, celebrating 10 years.
Simple, fresh and seasonal cuisine, looking to focus more on local/organic farm-to-table.

SALARY:
Based on experience and availability

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Very Hands-on Chef (Restaurants is open for lunch and dinner service Everyday)
You will report and work closely with Managing Partner (Very nice and hospitable person)
You will lead a boh team consistents of 1 Sous Chef + Line cooks etc.
Hiring/training and mentoring,
Develop standards and systems, organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
The restaurant is very busy and popular.
Spanish speaking a plus! Experience in Pasta making, and Spanish/Portuguese/ Italian Cuisine a huge Plus.
