Description

We’re currently looking for an Admin to work at a leasing office providing support to the leasing team on the weekends.

Schedule:

Saturday

Sunday

Responsibilities include:

Answering leads via phone and e-mail

Scheduling appointments

Preparing marketing materials for open houses

Greeting and assisting prospective tenants

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years in customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Minimum of one year Real Estate Rentals experience (preferred)

Ability to work independently and as a part of the team

Computer proficiency
