Looking for a career as a receptionist? You will be the first point of contact. We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to provide support across the organization.

Duties include but not limited to the following:
– Welcome guests and greet people who visit the business
– Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationary and material
– Coordinate front desk activities
– Answer, screen and forward incoming calls appropriately including sales leads and keeping a daily log of all incoming calls for Two different Company’s
– Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
– Receiving and sorting daily mail.
– Strong Gate Keeper!
– Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
– Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Key Traits to Successfully master this position:
Must LOVE TO ANSWER PHONES & Must Be Confident; Able to follow a script (Verbiage Provided).
– TWO Plus YEARS EXPERIENCE MUST
– Bilingual helpful
– High School Diploma Required
– Strong Computer Skills to include Microsoft Office and Adobe understand the internet.
– Typing Speed 55+ WPM OR more
– Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
– Customer service attitude
– Ability to be resourceful and proactive with one-off issues arise. Think on your feet.
– Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
